The World Series starts today

The 2018 World Series of Darts begins today with the German Darts Masters in Gelsenkirchen.

The 16-player event will be held in one spectacular day in front of 20,000 fans at the Veltins Arena.

The first round will be split across two mini-sessions at 3pm and 5.30pm local time, with the quarter-finals kicking off a bumper evening session from 8pm.

And we already have some great matches in the first round with Dimitri van den Bergh against Martin Schindler and Michael van Gerwen will face Max Hopp.
