Terms.
The following sales and delivery terms and conditions apply to all purchases / registrations from PDC-Nordic.tv.
The terms apply in the event that no other written agreements have been made between you as a buyer and PDC-Nordic.tv.

Payment.
On this site you can order your goods online and pay by bank transfer (prepayment is not covered by the opposition scheme), invoice from using one of the following creditcards:

There is no charge for using a credit card at PDC-Nordic.tv
Payment will only be deducted from the buyer's card 30 days prior to the signed event

Delivery.
Delivery of goods from PDC-Nordic & Baltic is considered to have taken place when the consumer has participated in the purchased event.

he cancellation period expires 8 days before the day you attend the purchased event.

Repayment of the purchase amount.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course refund the amount you paid us. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you. We always make such a refund with the same payment method you used in the original transaction.

What should I send back?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

When you shop on PDC Nordic.tv, you have of course 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the money back or discount the price, depending on the specific situation.
Obviously, the claim is justified.

How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at PDC-Nordic & Baltic, we need the following non-sensitive information:

• Name
• Address
• Phonenumber
• E-mail address

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you and improving your buying experience with us.

The personal data is registered with PDC-Nordic & Baltic and stored for five years according to the Accounting Act, after which the information can be deleted.

We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data.

Businesses only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes and comply with applicable EU data processing law.

These data processors may have full or partial access to your data:

  • simply.com (webshop-platform). Your information is stored on Simply.com servers.
  • Mailchimp (newsletter platform). If you have consented to sign up for our newsletter, your name, email and purchase data will be stored with Mailchimp.
  • Addwish (search engine and product recommendation). If you have consented to sign up for newsletters, Addwish will have access to name and email that can improve your shopping experience in our shop
  • Trustpilot (collection of reviews). Name and email are used by Trustpilot to collect the review request. A service you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Invoice service (EAN invoicing). When purchasing an EAN invoice, your data is transferred and stored at Fakturaservice.dk
  • Google (analysis). Google analytics tools help us understand and optimize our website. Purchase data is stored with Google.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when you give your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

All PDC-Nordic & Baltic employees have access to the information recorded about you.

The data controller at PDC-Nordic & Baltic is Michael Frydendahl.

We do not store customer information encrypted (with the exception of any password). We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

As the password for your account is encrypted, we cannot provide this when contacted. You can use our "forgotten password" feature on the check-out page and create a new password.

Information provided to PDC-Nordic & Baltic is in no way passed on or sold to third parties, and we do not record any sensitive information.

You have the right to be informed what information we process about you.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have an obligation to delete your personal data if you request it. It can for example. be if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we were going to use it. Appeals.
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@PDC-Nordic.tv. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with relevant boards in the area if the conditions are met. A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be filed with the Center for Complaints through www.forbrug.dk.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer domiciled in another EU country.
