Ivan Springborg, Niels Heinsøe and Niels-Jørgen Hansen all participated at the last for Challenge Tours this weekend.
The Challenge Tour is complete. All twenty events has been played, and in this weekend, only Denmark was represented at the last four events.
On the first day, with the Challenge Tour 17 and Challenge Tour 18, there were some success for Ivan Springborg and Niels-Jørgen Hansen.
Ivan Springborg reached the round of 64 in the CT17, as he beat Rusty-Jake Rodriguez by 5-1 in the round of 256 and Christoff Van de Wal by 5-4 in the round of 128.
He lost by 5-2 against Callum Francis in the round of 64, which secured him £50 for the rankings.
Both Niels Heinsøe and Niels-Jørgen Hansen lost in the round of 128.
Ciaran Teehan ended up winning the event.
In the CT18 Niels-Jørgen Hansen reached the round of 32, securing himself £100. The left-handed Dane started in the round of 128 and won 5-2 against Cameron Menzies. Niels-Jørgen Hansen averaged fine 89.3 in this match.
In the round of 64 he won 5-2 against Jimmy Hendriks, and then he lost 5-3 against Aden Kirk in the next round.
Ivan Springborg lost in the round of 256 and Niels Heinsøe lost in the round of 128.
Rydz Callan won the event after beating Cody Harris by 5-1 in the final.
At Sunday, it was onyl Niels-Jørgen Hansen, who secured some more money for the rankings.
The draw put him in the round of 256, and here he won 5-4 against Berry van Peer. In the next round he won 5-2 against Dean Owen, before losing 5-2 against Mark Walsh in the round of 64, securing Niels-Jørgen £50.
Niels Heinsøe also won a match in this tournament, as he beat Dale Everett by 5-4. Unfortunately this was in the round of 256, and as he lost in the next round, he did not secure himself some money for ranking.
Ivan Springborg lost his first match in the round of 128.
The winner ended up being Kyle McKinstry.
At the last event, CT20, none of the three won any price money. Niels Heinsøe and Niels-Jørgen Hansen both won their first matches, but as this was in the round of 256, they did not reach the money giving round, as they both lost in the next.

As mentioned, this weekend concluded the Challenge Tour for 2019. The best ranked player from the PDC Nordic & Baltic region ended up being Dennis Nilsson. The Swede ended up as number 25 with £1850.
Callan Rydz became number one in the ranking, securing himself a Tour Card and a spot at the World Championship at Alexandre Palace. The second Tour Card will be given to Jesus Noguera, who took the second place in the rankings.
