With a single title from the Nordic and Baltic Pro Tour and a lot of participations on the European Tour, Johan Engström is among the absolute top of Swedish dart players.

Johan Engström has been part of the Nordic and Baltic Pro Tour for years, and in 2024 he finally got his first title on the Nordic and Baltic Pro Tour, as he won the first event out of two in Sweden that year.

Johan Engström has also managed to qualify for several events at the European Tour.

In 2021 Johan Engström represented Sweden at the World Cup of Darts alongside Daniel Larsson.

He also managed to qualify for the first ever Nordic Darts Masters, where he lost against Dimitri Van den Bergh by 6-4 in the first round.
