Jeffrey de Graaf
SwedenJeffrey de Graaf is probably one of the most prolific players on the Nordic and Baltic Pro Tour with his history in the PDC.
From 2016 until 2019 Jeffrey de Graaf was in possession of a Tour Card for the PDC Pro Tour. In the three year period, the Dutchman managed to qualify for the World Darts Championship in 2017, UK Open in 2016 and Players Championhip Finals in 2016.
At the World Darts Championship, Jeffrey de Graaf lost 3-1 agianst Jelle Klaasen in the first round.
Ahead of the 2023 season, Jeffrey de Graaf got his Swedish citizenship after living i Sweden since 2016. With the citizenship he was able to participate at the Nordic and Baltic Pro Tour, and when the season ended, the newly Swede had managed to win two Nordic and Baltic Pro Tour events and secured himself a qualification for the World Darts Championship 2024.
At the 2024 Q-School, Jeffrey de Graaf regained his Tour Card once again.
