The World Cup of Darts starts today with Lithuania, Sweden and Denmark in action.
It’s time to find the World Cup Champions of darts. Not as one player, just as in Ally Pally, but as a nation. The World Cup of Darts starts today, and throughout the next four days, 32 pairs will compete for the glory of becoming World Cup Champions.
Today 16 teams will compete in the first round, and the other 16 will be in action tomorrow. Today three of the four nations from the PDC Nordic & Baltic region will compete.
This means we will see Lithuania go up against New Zealand. Sweden will take on Brazil, and Denmark will go up against mighty Scotland.
Besides these matches, we will also see nations like Northern Ireland, Belgium, Wales and Germany today.
