The second round of the World Cup starts today. Sweden is still in the field.
Today the second round starts. Yesterday we found the eight last nations for this second round. Unlike the first day, there were no surprises yesterday.
This also means, that the favorites from Australia won against Finland by 5-4.
Today as the second round starts, a new format will also start. Because, as always, the matches will consists of two singles today. If the two singles is being won by same nation, then match is over. But if one nation each wins on of the singles, then the match will continue into a double to decide the match.
This also means, that the matches will be longer and therefore today’s program is being split into two sessions.
In the first session we find Sweden. They will go up against Scotland, who played some incredible dart against Denmark in the first round.
Both the singles and the double will be played best of seven legs.
