The Jann Hoffmann Trophy will be the season finale of the Nordic and Baltic season with top 24 competing for the title.
PDC Nordic & Baltic are delighted to announce the addition of the Jann Hoffmann Trophy to our 2025 calendar.
Negotiations are still ongoing, however, the 4th of October 2025 has been set as the date for the inaugaral edition of the event. An annual event that will commemorate the life of Denmarks most iconic dart player and co-founder of PDC Nordic & Baltic.
Also co-founder and chairman Michael Frydendahl comments:
“Im so thrilled with this announcement. Although we still have a few things to confirm, the date is set so I felt we should announce its introduction before the start of our season in Latvia.”
“Since Jann Hoffmann passed away two years ago we have been looking to introduce a tournament in his name. Jann was so influential in the establishing of our tour it feels fitting that the tour should commemorate his life by naming what will be the showpiece tournament of our future seasons after him.”
The tournament will see the top 24 players from the PDCNB Order of Merit final standings receive invites to compete.
The top eight players will be seeded into the second round with the remaining 16 players battling it out to join them.
Venue, format & prize fund to be confirmed in due course, however all 24 qualifiers will be guaranteed prize money.
The event will be a non ranked season finale.
