The Development Tour continued this weekend. PDC Nordic & Baltic was represented by five players.
Throughout this weekend the Development Tour has been played. As always there has been played four tournaments, with Ted Evetts stealing the spotlight. The Englishman won both Development Tour 10 and 12.
Development Tour 9 was won by Geert Nentjes, and Development Tour 11 was won by Luke Humphries.
The PDC Nordic & Baltic regions were also being represented by Anton Resell, Hampus Norrström, Viktor Tingström, Oskar Wågberg and the Icelandic debutant Atli Bjarnason.
The first two tournaments at Saturday did not bring the best results for the young players. Only Anton Resell managed to win a match.
Sunday was much more successful for the nordic players. At Development Tour 11, Atli Bjarnason and Hampus Norrström started in the round of 128 and managed to get to the round of 64 before losing. This means both of them secured themself £50 for the Development Tour Order of Merit.
In Development Tour 12 Hampus Norrström managed to win a match again, unfortunately the draw had set him in the round of 256, and as he lost in the round of 128, there was no prizemoney for the young Swede.
