Earlier this year we were able to announce the introduction of The PDC Nordic & Baltic Darts Championship – now we can also announce the prize fund for the tournament.
In October the inaugural PDC Nordic & Baltic Darts Championship will take place as the season finale in the PDC Nordic & Baltic season.
The prize fund for the tournament will be €18,500.
Alongside a €6,500 top prize, the winner will also qualify to compete in the 2025/26 World Darts Championship, and lift the Jann Hoffmann Trophy – named in memory of our popular former Danish star who was also one of our founders of the Scandinavian Darts Corporation, which later became the PDC Nordic & Baltic.
The inaugural PDC Nordic & Baltic Darts Championship will take place on the weekend of October 3-5.
“To be able to offer such substantial rewards for our season finalé feels great,” said PDCNB Chairman Michael Frydendahl.
“The players that qualify will have put in a lot of miles and commitment to try and secure a spot in the PDC Nordic & Baltic Darts Championship throughout the PDCNC ProTour season.
“This is a very exciting development for players across the Nordic & Baltic region, and also gives us a chance to remember the contribution Jann Hoffmann made to the sport by naming the trophy in his honour.”
