As we wait for the Nordic Darts Masters, the draw for the World Cup has been maid. Lithuania got a tough draw against Australia.
The World Cup of Darts 2022 is just around the corner. This year, the Nordic and Baltic region will be represented by five different nations, as we will see Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden in action.
Thursday the draw was made, so now we know, which countries, the five Nordic and Baltic teams will go up against.
For Lithuania, the draw made them go up against Australia, who is seeded as number five.
Vladimir Andersen, who also represented Denmark in 2010, will go up against Singapore alongside Andreas Toft Jørgensen.
Finland, with the debutant Aki Paavilainen, will have to face Austria, who is represented by Mensur Suljovic and Rowby-John Rodriguez.
Latvia are going to face Hungary, and last but not least, Sweden will go up against South Africa.
