Tonight on of the biggest tournaments start and it is going down in Dublin.
The Premier League is back and it is going to be a truly interesting tournament this year. First of all Phil Taylor wont be one of the participaters. Besides that, there is going to be four debutants, more precise Mensur Suljovic, Daryl Gurney, Rob Cross and Gerwyn Price.
The tournament will also make a visit in Germany for the first time, more precise Mercedez-Benz Arenaen in Berlin.
The prize money has also been increased. The PDC have added 100.000 pound, so the total pool is now 825.000 pounds.
The tournament will take place over 16 Thursdays. After nine of them, two of the players will be eliminated and at the 16th Thursday, the semifinals end the final will be held.

The most interesting match will probably be the match between the new world champion Rob Cross and the worlds number one Michael van Gerwen.
It will be the first time they meet after the semifinal at the World Championship.
“I want to put the pressure on Rob straight away on Thursday and continue my form from last weekend, and I’d like to pick up two points here in front of this phenomenal crowd”, Michael van Gerwen tells the PDC.
